Auction Terms

• We will not responsible for all lost, damaged and stolen items in transit
• Winning bidder accepts the auction terms and is obligated to purchase the item.
• Please ask all questions before bidding.
• We reserve the right to refuse bids from bidders with private or excessive negative feedback.
• Non-paying bidder will receive Non-paying alert and unpaid strike

Return Policy

• Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the customer within 14 calendar days. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return.
• PRODUCT CONDITION:
  Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
• Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended

Import Tax/Fee

• The item will be shipped to you from our Hong Kong office. The item may be subjected to customs import tax/fee when it enters your country. By buying internationally, you are considered an importer. Therefore it is your responsibility in case there is some import tax/fee to pay
• Please check with your country s customs office for precise charges before placing your bid. If you refuse your package and don t pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways and all other handling fees.
